Besides having our own free-roaming game such as, Giraffe, Wildebeest, Kudu, Blesbok, Rooihartebees, Warthogs, Inyala, Impala, Waterbuck, Hyena, Jackal, (and more!)
In the evenings, you can often hear the lions from the neighbouring farms right next to us.

It began with Erin, who as a little girl dreamed of owning her own farm — a place with netball courts, open skies, and a loyal dog by her side, where she could coach children and change lives through sport and care.
Then came Niel, the untamed adventurer. With a background in elite sport science, he believed that real development doesn’t just happen in gyms and on sporting fields — it happens in nature, where movement, learning and wild spaces collide. He built a system that fuses athletic growth with the raw lessons of the wilderness.
Finally, Juan, a New Zealander with a global heart, saw the spark in Erin and Niel’s dream — a vision of connecting people to nature, sport, and personal transformation. He brought his belief, energy, and support to help build something that could last.
Together, they created Roaring Sky Base Camp — a sanctuary where young athletes grow, tourists explore, and everyone reconnects with something deeper.
